SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

Canada We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

United States We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days after shipment. Please note that orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Urban Beauty Lab is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages Urban Beauty Lab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at support@urbanbeautylab.ca and we will do our best to assist you.
