Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any beauty or personal care items, as these products cannot be resold once they have left our facility.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. To report a problem, contact us at support@urbanbeautylab.ca within 5 days of receiving your order. 

Refunds 

Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We will notify you once we've reviewed your claim. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@urbanbeautylab.ca.

Gift cards 

Gift cards are non-refundable.
